This program offers operators quality service, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.  We act as our customers’ representative, making recommendations, overseeing the repair process and making sure the repair is done in a timely manner. We consolidate shipments back to customers and, most importantly, communicate with customers during the process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our relationships, and the significant amount of repair work we manage, enable us to receive discounts from the network of repair companies we use which are passed along to our customers.  The repair management program can be tailored to guarantee customers’ turnaround time and availability of units on exchange.
