Signs Agreement with Aerosvit Airlines

Allendale New Jersey, August 1st, 2007 - Werner Aero Services signs a component sales and management agreement with Aerosvit Airlines.

Werner Aero Services announced today it has signed a components sales and management agreement with Aerosvit Airlines of the Ukraine. The agreement provides for a complete logistic support including repair management to Aerosvit’s Boeing fleet. "We are delighted that Aerosvit has selected us for this contract and welcome them to our growing family of airline customers" said Mike Cazaz, Werner’s CEO. “We aim to serve and support those young and creative airlines with tremendous growth opportunities world-wide and Aerosvit is certainly a growing airline with amazing potential” added Mr. Cazaz.

Aerosvit is currently operating a fleet of Boeing aircraft (737 and 767) and is awaiting the delivery of several more New Generation aircraft on order with Boeing.
